the journey you'll be taken on

AWAKENING THE VORTEX WITHIN

This intimate retreat is crafted for those ready to step into Sedona’s extraordinary landscape and uncover the wellspring of energy that lies within themselves.

For four days, we will gather in a private villa along Oak Creek, surrounded by red rock formations and immersed in the natural flow of this sacred land. Sedona is renowned for its energy vortexes—powerful sites where the earth’s magnetic currents are said to intensify transformation and renewal. Here, we turn both outward and inward: tuning into the resonance of the land while awakening the vortex within our own body and spirit.

This is not just a wellness escape. It is an initiation into remembering the power that has always been yours. By attuning to Sedona’s vortexes and to the vortex of infinite potential within, you step into alignment with your innate clarity, radiance, and purpose. Whether you seek to release old patterns, simply recharge your spirit, or return to your deepest sense of self, these four days offer the space, guidance, and practices to support your renewal.

MEET YOUR GUIDES

Catalina Carvajal

Catalina is a Master Teacher rooted in the Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Meditation tradition, with certifications in Hatha Yoga (200HR), E-RYT 500, Restorative, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki. Beyond the titles and trainings she is a devoted teacher, space holder, and ocean-loving soul, originally from Colombia. Her path is rooted in the Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Meditation tradition, where kriya, breathwork, mantra, asana, sound, and deep presence are a way of life—not just a practice. She creates spaces that feel real, alive, and welcoming—where people can soften, move, connect, and remember who they are. Whether she’s co-teaching, leading retreats, or holding intimate circles, Cata brings warmth, rhythm, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

Svenja Bergmann

Svenja is a devoted teacher and guide whose path has taken her deep into the Yog-Vedantic tradition through advanced studies in the Himalayan foothills (Master Training beyond 500 hrs, RYT 500, RYT 200). Her teachings integrate the essence of multiple traditions and lineages into a practice that is both expansive and grounded. Years of immersive study and inner transformation inform not only what she teaches—but how she holds space. Her presence carries the quiet transmission of lived wisdom, inviting a deeper remembering that goes beyond technique. Svenja’s approach is sincere, experiential, and rooted in reverence—an invitation to remember who you are beneath the noise of the world, and to live from that place with clarity, courage, and grace.
