All products and services listed on the Website are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or other product/service details without prior notice. While we will use commercially reasonable efforts to process orders placed on the Website within the time specified when the order is placed, we do not guarantee that orders will be processed, or received, by a particular date. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Retreats & Workshops
Retreats are subject to specific Terms of Service Agreements. If booked through a third-party platform, their refund policies apply.
Online Courses & Classes
All online course and digital content sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products
You may return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. Our services provide guidance in yoga and wellness but SoP representatives are not licensed healthcare providers and not qualified to treat physical or mental illness and the services are not a substitute for medical or psychological advice.
