ABOUT THE RETREAT

UNCOVER YOUR DEEPEST LONGING

To experience true fulfillment—physically, psychologically, and emotionally—we must look beyond the surface and connect with the deepest part of our being: the level of spirit.

Beneath all of life’s experiences, there is a deeper longing—a quiet but persistent yearning to know: Who am I? Why am I? What am I here to do? What is this life all about? Until these questions are answered, a subtle restlessness lingers, an undercurrent that calls us toward something more.

This longing is not a problem to be solved but an invitation—one that leads us beyond the distractions and struggles of daily life and into direct experience of truth.

In this retreat, we will uncover this deep longing that is inherent in every human being. Together, we will journey to the depths of our being—not primarily through intellect, but through direct experience. We will explore how to fuel this longing until it burns so brightly that it dissolves all that stands in the way, bringing us into a state of profound ease, clarity, and awakening.

YOUR TEACHERS

Catalina Carvajal

Catalina is a Master Teacher rooted in the Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Meditation tradition, with certifications in Hatha Yoga (200HR), E-RYT 500, Restorative, Yin, Aerial Yoga, Sound Healing, and Reiki. Beyond the titles and trainings she is a devoted teacher, space holder, and ocean-loving soul, originally from Colombia. Her path is rooted in the Sattva Himalayan Yoga & Meditation tradition, where kriya, breathwork, mantra, asana, sound, and deep presence are a way of life—not just a practice. She creates spaces that feel real, alive, and welcoming—where people can soften, move, connect, and remember who they are. Whether she’s co-teaching, leading retreats, or holding intimate circles, Cata brings warmth, rhythm, and a whole lot of heart to everything she does.

Svenja Bergmann

Svenja’s advanced Yog-Vedantic studies in the foothills of the Himalayas (Master Training beyond 500 hrs, RYT 500, RYT 200) allowed her to integrate the core qualities of various yoga traditions into a holistic and transformative practice. Drawing from years of immersion in different styles, she offers an authentic, deeply experiential approach that is relevant to all aspects of human existence. Her teachings are not just a practice but a potent and passionate invitation to awaken to your true nature.
