What's the Experience and Who is it for?

This session is for those who sense that true transformation begins within — for seekers ready to move beyond the surface of practice and reconnect with the subtle flow of life force.

Through Himalayan Kriya techniques of breath, movement, mantra, and visualization, you will learn how to release energetic stagnation, activate the central channel (Sushumna Nadi) and the energy centres along it (Chakras), and restore balance to your body and mind.

Whether you are on a spiritual path or simply seeking greater clarity and vitality, this session will help you experience the calm, strength, and expansion that arise when energy begins to move freely through its natural pathway.

What sets this course apart

Chakra Practice Is Not Spiritual Decoration—It’s the Key to Lasting Transformation

depth & Authenticity

Most approaches to the chakras stay at surface-level exercises. This course goes deeper. It draws from the Himalayan tradition passed through direct transmission.

essential Inner work

Balancing the chakras is as vital as maintaining your body’s health, as they directly influence your nervous system, glands, and subtle energy flow.

taught by master teachers

Learn from two Master Teachers who have studied at the source in India and who embody the wisdom and practices they share.

lifelong toolkit

By the end of the seven weeks, you will have not only deep insights into each chakra, but also a lifelong toolkit of practices to sustain your energy, awareness, and balance.

Who Is This Suitable For?

Designed for Sincere Seekers

This course is open to all sincere seekers—whether you are stepping into chakra work for the first time or have years of experience in yoga and meditation. No prior knowledge is required, but a willingness to engage with depth is essential.

The practices you will learn include advanced techniques of breath, mantra, and visualization—powerful methods designed to awaken and balance your energy centers. While we share them accessible to beginners, these are not superficial exercises; they are profound tools of transformation. If you feel ready to meet your inner system with openness, curiosity, and commitment, this journey will meet you exactly where you are and take you further.

If something in you feels drawn, even if you’re unsure why—you belong to this course. And if you have questions or hesitations, we warmly invite you to reach out at info@sanctuaryofpower.com.
